  • What is RezApp how does it work and what is its purpose

RezApp is a module that replaces the classical design of mail / mail confirmations and is also used as a Call Center.

In case a reply to a guest email is sent to a guest, the customer can make a reservation that goes further to PHOBS and sends it from PHOBS to local PMS if it is connected. The purpose of the module is to speed up and facilitate the sending of responses and making reservations.

It is good to know that communication with the guest is 1 to 1, meaning that there is no parity towards other sales channels.

 

  • How many offers can I send through this module

The number of offers you can submit is unlimited, but keep in mind if you send a large number of offers in response to an individual query that it may seem confusing for the guest.

 

        • Is it possible to write a comment that will only be displayed to the guest (or just the reception)

        On the right there are two text input fields: Additional Comments and RECEPTION - a comment.

        The 'Additional comments' field refers to the comment to the guest and the comment will be displayed on the offer itself, while the 'RECEPTION - comment' field refers to the comment to the reception and will be displayed in 'Reservation Review' and HIS if it is connected.

         

        • How to filter an offer that would only apply to a particular B2B partner

        In order to filter the offer of a particular partner, it is necessary to insert the 'CODE' in the left filter into the given partner and after clicking the date, click the 'Search' button.

         

        • How to grant a guest a discount on the total amount of booking

        Once you have selected one or more accommodation units and you click on 'Booking Preview' at the bottom right corner, you will be given a new window.

        Each of the selected units will see the 'Approved Discount' section where you can set a fixed rate discount or the percentage you want to give to a potential guest.

         

        • Did the sent offers "book" inventory for Check-in dates?

        Sent items do not reserve inventory.

        Since more than one unit can be placed in the offer for one period, it would be wrong to close them all.

         

          • Where I see bookings made through this module

          RezApp reservations can be seen in two places:

          1. 'Reservation Overview' in Phobs backoffice or
          2. In the module itself on the tab 'Reservation overview'.

           

          • Are there any statistics on submitted offers made through reservations through modules

          The option provided by the system is to export all offers or bookings to Excel, which later can handle the specified information.

          It is also an elaboration process and advanced statistics that will be available within the system itself.

           

          • How do I change the template of the same offer

          Template offers changes PHOBS according to your wishes, and the time and cost of adjustment depends on the complexity of the design itself.

          In order to initiate the layout change process, it is necessary to send an inquiry with the desired look at the email support@phobs.net

           

          • Through the module I can not see some price lists what should I do

          Rate plans that automatically appear in the module are those that are displayed on the web (Tagged 'Show Individual Price Lists').

          It is also possible to create a 'B2B Partner' i.e. 'Promotional Price' to add all the price lists you want and use the code to get the quotations.
